*A 24 hour minimum notice is required for all cancellations and/or changes to scheduled appointments. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a charge of 100% of the original fee for all scheduled appointments.  This charge also applies to  "Same Day" appointments (booked & cancelled on the same day) no exceptions.

* All appointments are confirmed with a credit card at time of scheduling.

.* We ask that you arrive approximately 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment, as a short intake form needs to be completed ahead of time.  This will allow for all scheduled appointments to start on-time throughout the day.
